The purpose of this is to debate a Bill before it is added. Debate can center on whether the Bill should be passed or not, or it can center over which lobbyists care about the Bill in question. Some Bills are unconstitutional or simply redundant, so if this Bill is one of those, it won't be added in the first place, so feel free to debate that, too. Have fun.

copy cat. You stole my bill from Buck Belue and just put your name on it. Besides, I thought that bill was going up for vote this week.

I see no reason why Representatives can't run. They do all the time in real life. former Congress members Bob Barr and Cynthia McKinney did in rl in 08.

In the Republican Party Primaries:

Ron Paul
Duncan Hunter

In the Democratic Party Primaries:

Dennis Kucinich

So I thought that this bill would be a good idea

Disagreed. It creates a more complex part of a broken game, leading to more confusion.

HOW IS THIS BILL CONFUSING?!

The only difference this bill will make is it allows Representatives to run for President. That is all it does. That is not confusing.

Its not confusing. Its actually perfectly clear. But, if it is passed, it will lead to confusion such as alt confusion, amount of people running for President, how long they have been in office, finding if they are in the top of their race, and confusion. It just adds another complex factor towards the broken game. Uneeded, and unimportant.
