We have to make a tough choice when it comes to these tactics. When it comes to our security and the security of our children I would practice any tactic to get the information I need to protect not only the children but all Americans. If you have children or love people period and one of you closest family members is kiddnapped by a terrorist would you care how you recieved the information from this terrorist no you would want this person Beaten until no recognition to save that persons life. I think we lost so many thousands of people to terrorist in one day and you want to complain about a handfull of extremist who is being tortured by your standards. Congrats you have just slapped all the people who died on that tragic day in the face and said they are worthless great job.

The problem with this is that some Americans always see a problem with every soultion. It does not matter about the probability. What matters is we keep America safe. What do you want them to do? Tickle these people until they confess or give infromation. Or how about we do it the Obama way lets shake hands and have tea. The other problem is that you along with many others will be the same ones complaining and flipping the switch protesting we should have done something if there ever was a next event. Not to mention the fact that waterboarding is the worst form of torture that we even use. No arm or leg cracking, oil down throats, sitting on spikes... nothing.

So do you want to know what the 'second' most effective and 'worst' form of torture that we use is? We take a giant caterpillar, I don't know what breed, but it's like the size of a chihuahua, and we put it in the cell with the terrorist(s). Mmm hmm... a caterpillar. They end up being terrified at this slimy thing they've never seen before crawling around in their cell trying to eat them. So, all in all, waterboarding is a cakewalk... especially when you think of what could be worse.

But again, what is the probability of catching a terrorist? I agree with this bill 100% Keeping us safe should not include taking our rights away. Increasing security will do the same thing, while not taking rights away.
