The purpose of this is to debate a Bill before it is added. Debate can center on whether the Bill should be passed or not, or it can center over which lobbyists care about the Bill in question. Some Bills are unconstitutional or simply redundant, so if this Bill is one of those, it won't be added in the first place, so feel free to debate that, too. Have fun.

Resolution to expel Tony Carli from Congress

WHEREAS Article 1, Section 5 of the US Constitution states that: "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behavior, and, with the Concurrence of two-thirds, expel a Member."

WHEREAS What is commonly known as "Brownbackgate" has plagued the US government with charges of election fraud, conspiracy, and other wrongdoing.

WHEREAS To be convicted of conspiracy in a criminal court, an act does not have to be committed, though a plan has to exist to either actively cover up illegal activity, or by inaction, allow criminal activity to proceed

WHEREAS Representative Tony Carli (R-GA) has recently admitted to being a conspirator to commit election fraud, which also includes Senator Pileup (R-OH) and Oregon Governor Jasone Elam (R-OR)

WHEREAS Congressman Carli announced "If you were not a bunch of sleazebuckets, you would have waited until after the election when we would actually have been guilty of something."

WHEREAS Congressman Carli's statement is a clear admission of being a conspirator and accessory to the crime of election fraud

RESOLVED that upon adoption of this resolution, Congressman Tony Carli is hereby expelled from the US House of Representatives

Now I have the opportunity to respond to something so near to my heart: The Constitution. And the constitution's founders were not hypocrites, so if we say we will remain faithful to the constitution and do not than we should be expelled

You do realize a Resolution to expel Mr. Carli from the House of Representatives is unnecessary. If you wish for Mr. Carli to be "expelled" from the House of Representatives, just support his main opponent.
