The purpose of this is to debate a Bill before it is added. Debate can center on whether the Bill should be passed or not, or it can center over which lobbyists care about the Bill in question. Some Bills are unconstitutional or simply redundant, so if this Bill is one of those, it won't be added in the first place, so feel free to debate that, too. Have fun.

WHEREAS neither side is willing to compromise in order to bring about peace;

WHEREAS it is now agreed that both governments will unite for the next election; both sides will submit their best candidate, and whichever side wins in a free and democratic election shall become the next ruling party.

Humbly Submitted,

Senator Mike Huckabee (R-ND)

Note: this legislation must be approved by both sides.

Submitted 2:35 PM by Micheal D. Huckabee
My dear Mr. Huckabee, I know you have a keen sense of humor, so I take this to be a splendid joke.

By the by; you have less than 24 hours to appear before the Independent Counsel for questioning, regarding your role in the attempted coup of March 3rd.

And if I may; although all this is already in the record here on these boards.

Certain members of GOP can not accept that they lost and have decided to play the same sort of obstructionist game the rl GOP is running with.

Those poor fools the Democrats tried repeatedly to create a "bipartisan" government. But certain members of the GOP refused to accept their loss of the White House, and attempted to overthrow the government.

I'm hopeful the behavior of the treasonous members of GOP will be a firmly retained lesson for the Democrats.

And now look; because of you brats tantrum actions, the GOP in general lost out on any chance to have a say on health care, the US joining the ICC, grand jury reform, etc. So, you-alls tantrum has really worked to your disadvantage. Let that be a lesson to your type as well.

Oh, and; Good Job at wrecking the GOP.

you have no jurisdiction over me; furthermore, I know that your trial will be nothing more than a choreographed farce.

Your charges against me are incorrect from an objective standpoint. However, I will not bother to correct your one crucial error until the very end.

Furthermore, your false, undemocractic government cannot try me in a court of law, since I do not acknowledge your government.

their is one fatal flaw in this whole thing there is only one government pileup Mccain, tick and huckabee are just sitting in some basement getting baked passing fake decrees.

I for one have no faith in the republican party they lose elections and then cry so when you lose the next election the same thing will happen and you'll allow brownback to cheat for you again right? The election has passed and was won handily get over it.

These are show trials or choreographed farces. I've read up recently on the treason trial(s) of Aaron Burr, and how the treason charges against the Confederacies military and political leaders.

I wondered abt standing and jurisdiction, but all the treasonous actions have taken place in DC, so that's all fine.

Look at the indictments against McCain-Palin and Walton, all just based on the information available to the public on these boards.

Those being investigated could have an opening statement, then as wer a series of yes or no question, maybe I'd do some follow up questions, the preson could make a closing statement, I'd decide if their is enough to warrant passing an indictment onto the DC DA.

no, wait. I meant to say these are NOT show trials. They weren't I did them by the book, the conspirators were to fraddycat to face the music. Except at the emnd there, Huckabee makes a last desperate bid for some more limelight. Lame.

I believe that the idea that one election to decide the ruling party is a ridiculous idea. Terms of the office of President of the United States have come and gone for both parties, so as they go bye the shift of party control for the most part shifts along with it. So I am against the Bill.
